The  program was offered for new, emerging community-focused leaders under 18, who are passionate to solve real-world problems using critical thinking/problem-solving mindset and skills such as leadership communication, and teamwork skills and eventually develop a community of practice in the long run with Leaders creating leaders within the community learn more about local government, navigate the nuances of gaining stakeholder acceptance to deliver solutions for the dynamic issues faced by the local councils
